Jason Ware

Jason Ware is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Assistant Principal of Culture at Perspectives Charter Schools since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Dean of Students at Rosa Parks Middle School in 2023 and worked as a K-12 Teacher specializing in Diverse Learning at Chicago Public Schools from August 2017 to July 2023. Additional experience includes serving as a Professional Development Facilitator at the Chicago Teachers Union Foundation, an Impact Leader at Profound Gentlemen, and a DEI Facilitator, Curriculum Developer, and Organizational Development Consultant at Embarc. Jason began their career as a Restorative Justice Coach at Alternatives from January 2014 to June 2017. Academically, Jason holds a Master of Education from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Economics from DePaul University.
