Katrina Miles

Katrina Miles, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Chicago Public Schools since November 2022, Katrina provides consultative support, resolves employee relations issues, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior experience includes roles such as HR Generalist at Sertoma Centre, Inc., where Katrina managed HR services for over 300 employees and streamlined the onboarding process, and Human Resources Manager at Gary Comer Youth Center, overseeing all HR functions as a department of one.
