Susan Rademacher is a seasoned HRIT Business System Analyst with extensive experience in information technology and business analysis within the education and insurance sectors. Currently serving as a Senior HRIT Business System Analyst at Chicago Public Schools since May 2014, Susan previously held various roles at CNA, including App Dev Sr Specialist and Technical Analyst. Notable accomplishments include leading a Talent Management project comparing Taleo to Peoplesoft HCM and developing customizations for PeopleSoft HCM implementations across multiple countries.
