Tiffany Talibah Floyd

Tiffany Talibah Floyd is an experienced education professional currently serving as an Assessment Specialist for Chicago Public Schools since November 2022. Previously, Tiffany has held the position of Program Manager at Family Focus Englewood since July 2019 and has been a Family Advocate at Family Focus, Inc. since February 2016. Tiffany's extensive background in teaching includes roles at Betty Shabazz Academy and Betty Shabazz International Charter School from March 2011 to the present, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive curricula and implementing classroom management systems. Additionally, Tiffany founded Sistastrong, a youth program designed to enhance self-esteem and creativity among girls, while also managing a daycare. Tiffany holds a Master’s degree in Education/Curriculum and Instruction from National Louis University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Chicago State University.
