Tish McGee

Tish McGee has extensive experience in operations management and financial oversight within educational and nonprofit settings. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for the Office of College and Career Success at Chicago Public Schools since May 2022, McGee manages a team and oversees a $20 million budget, providing strategic budgeting guidance. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Reporting & Analysis at AnitaB.org, and various operational and financial leadership positions at Chicago Public Schools, After School Matters, and the American Medical Association. McGee holds an MBA in Marketing and Integrated Marketing Communication from Roosevelt University and a BA in Media Communications from Northern Illinois University.
