Tracy Snell has over 20 years of experience in education, primarily with Chicago Public Schools since August 2002. Currently serving as an Early College STEM Specialist, Tracy has also held roles including Manager of Comprehensive Services, Instructional Support Specialist, and English Teacher. Prior to this, Tracy worked as a Substitute Teacher. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tennessee State University and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Southern University.
