Chicago Reader
Kristen Kaza is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in event production and marketing, currently serving as Principal and Creative Director at No Small Plans Productions, a Chicago-based cultural production company, since November 2012. Kaza also holds roles as Special Events Consultant for the Chicago Reader since December 2018, Director of Programming and Co-Founder of Reunion Chicago, and Executive Producer and Host of the popular dance party Slo 'Mo since 2011. Additionally, Kaza has experience as an educator at Columbia College Chicago, teaching a course in experiential campaigns, and has played a key role in marketing and fundraising for Yellow Wing Productions. Previous positions include Marketing Director for the Chicago Reader and Marketing/Community Relations Specialist for Whole Foods Market. Kaza earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Relations and Marketing Communications from Columbia College Chicago.
