Michelle Williams has extensive experience in the publishing industry, currently serving as Executive Editor at Chicago Review Press since August 2006, where responsibilities include acquiring and developing titles for the Parenting Press imprint and acting as acquisitions editor for several other imprints. Previous roles at Chicago Review Press include Managing Editor, Developmental Editor, and Project Editor, where project management and editorial oversight were key focuses. In addition to work at Chicago Review Press, Michelle has operated as a freelance editor since 2006, providing copyediting and proofreading services for notable organizations such as the American College of Healthcare Executives. Earlier career experience includes serving as Associate Editor at Sourcebooks, Inc. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Hope College.
