Daniel Rossi is the Managing Director of Data Solutions & Evaluation at Chicago Scholars. Daniel has over seven years of experience in data management, program evaluation, and project management. Prior to joining Chicago Scholars, Rossi served as the Evaluation and Innovation Manager at the North Lawndale Employment Network, where they managed grant reporting for a portfolio of 15 funders and served as administrator and trainer of program and fundraising databases. Daniel has also worked as a Program Analyst for ACCT International and SOTENI International, and as an AmeriCorps VISTA Fellow with the City of Bloomington Planning Department. Daniel Rossi holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Indiana University.

Daniel Rossi completed a Master of Public Affairs with a policy analysis focus from Indiana University Bloomington. Prior to that, they obtained their B.A. in philosophy from Illinois Wesleyan University. Daniel also has certification from The Fund Raising School in principles and techniques of fundraising, the Chicago Department of Public Health in STI prevention education, Red Cross in STI prevention education, Chicago Department of Public Health in HIV test counseling, Chicago Department of Public Health in partner elicitation, and AIDS United (Red Cross Equivalent) in HIV education.
