Chicago Scholars
Gloria Neequaye currently serves as the Event Coordinator of the Pan African Students’ Association and Co-President of Ghanaians at Cornell at Cornell University, where responsibilities include overseeing financial aspects for community events. In addition to these roles, Gloria is a Scholar at Greer STEM Scholarship with Big Shoulders Fund, and has participated in various student programs with Thrive Scholars and Chicago Scholars. Previous experiences include internships at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab and Oak Street Health, teaching roles at local primary schools, and leadership positions such as Co-President of the Black Organization of Successful Students and Student Representative on the Diversity, Equity, and Belonging Committee at Saint Ignatius College Prep. Gloria is pursuing a degree at Cornell University, having completed high school at Saint Ignatius College Prep.
