Hiba Rizvi serves as a Career Peer at Loyola University Chicago Career Services, where responsibilities include multi-tasking at the front desk and leading presentations on career-related topics. As a Chicago Scholar, Hiba is part of a seven-year education program dedicated to helping first-generation Chicago students navigate college and access resources. Hiba completed a 15-week fellowship with Braven, developing workforce skills and creating a comprehensive career plan. Additionally, Hiba served as the lead oral presenter for a Capstone Challenge, focusing on a mentorship program to enhance diversity in entry-level applications at Berkshire Hathaway INC. Hiba has also experience as an election judge during the 2020 Primary elections. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Loyola University Chicago and a high school diploma from Von Steuben Metropolitan Science Center.
