Sarah Gorden

Sarah Gorden is a professional soccer player with the Chicago Red Stars since January 2016 and has been a sideline reporter for the BIG EAST Digital Network since July 2015, where responsibilities include producing feature packages and weekly "Top Plays" segments, as well as conducting interviews with coaches and athletes. Gorden served as a Campus Connection Correspondent for ESPN in 2015, producing feature packages on DePaul Athletics that were featured on ESPNU. Previous roles include Sports Anchor/Reporter at Good Day DePaul, writer for SB Nation's Swish Appeal, and a campaign contributor for Fox Sports 1. Gorden began their career with internships at Campus Insiders and ESPN Radio, contributing valuable experience to a robust skill set in sports media. Gorden holds a degree in Communications with a double major in Broadcast Journalism and Public Relations/Advertising from DePaul University, where studies were completed between 2011 and 2015.
