Carlos Lara

Carlos Lara is an experienced engineering management professional with a strong background in product engineering and operations. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Chicago Switchboard LLC since November 2021, Carlos previously held the position of Operations Manager at Coilcraft, Inc. for a brief period in 2021. Carlos's earlier roles include Engineering Manager at HARTING and Eaton, as well as various engineering positions focused on the design and manufacturing of motor control centers and multi-metering switchboards. Carlos holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
