Amanda Swanson is an experienced marketing analyst currently working for the Chicago Symphony Orchestra since November 2021, where responsibilities include managing internal research projects and tracking marketing budget expenses. Previously, Amanda held various positions at Northwestern University, including technical staff for the Concert Management Office and tutor for the N'CAT Program. Additional experience includes internships at the Smithsonian Institution, Shedd Aquarium, and Naper Settlement, where Amanda developed research methodologies and contributed to audience engagement initiatives. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Leadership for Creative Enterprises and a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science and Linguistics, both from Northwestern University.
