Dana Navarro has held various leadership roles in communication, marketing, and public relations within the music and education sectors. With a B.A in Journalism from Franklin College and an M.A. in higher education administration from Northeastern Illinois University, Dana currently serves as the Director of Digital Content & Engagement at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Prior to this, Dana held positions at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music and Northeastern Illinois University.
