Eileen Marie Bora is an experienced music educator and professional with a diverse background in music instruction, performance, and landscape design. Since September 2010, Eileen has served as a founding faculty member and faculty coordinator at the Des Plaines School of Music, where instruction includes voice, piano, flute, and music theory for a full studio of 37 students. Concurrently, Eileen has been a chorus member with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and has owned and instructed at EMB Voice Studio since August 1999. Eileen also has extensive experience in landscape design, providing services to various clients and organizations. Previous roles include cashier supervisor and marketing manager at Gethsemane Garden Center, as well as music faculty at Interlochen Center for the Arts. Academic qualifications include a Master of Music in Vocal and Opera Performance from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Westminster Choir College, supplemented by an Associate of Science in Health Information at Eastern Gateway Community College.
