Jane Direnzo Pigott

Jane DiRenzo Pigott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, change, and talent consulting as the Managing Director of R3 Group LLC since February 2002. In addition to this role, Pigott serves as Trustee and Board Chair at VanEck and is actively engaged with various organizations, including Northwestern University and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, where Pigott holds significant board positions. Formerly, Pigott practiced law for over two decades, notably as Partner and Chair of the Environmental Law Practice Group at Winston & Strawn LLP. Academically, Pigott earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia.
