Joyce Poole, PMP, has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in procurement, public health, and customer service. Currently serving as a Front-House Usher at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra since November 2016, Joyce is dedicated to enhancing patron experiences at one of America's leading symphonies. Previous roles include serving as a COVID-19 Contact Investigator at National Able Network, where Joyce was part of the pioneering community trained contact tracing team. Joyce has also worked as an independent contractor in procurement and supply chain management with The Warranty Group and Camelot Global, ensuring effective IT infrastructure support. In addition, Joyce has provided procurement compliance oversight for the State of Illinois and managed administrative functions for Career Transition of Chicago. An accomplished professional, Joyce holds a Masters Certification in Project Management from The George Washington University and has furthered education in public health and professional writing.
