Nicholas Bryan serves as the Preferred Services Supervisor at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra since August 2021, overseeing Patron Services Associates and implementing strategies for outbound sales to various patron segments. Prior to this role, Nicholas held the position of Patron Services Associate at the orchestra, where responsibilities included managing inbound and outbound communications related to ticket sales. Nicholas also possesses extensive experience in music education, teaching drum set and piano lessons at various institutions, including Down Home Guitars and Kentucky Arts Academy. Additionally, Nicholas has a background in telesales for the Chicago Symphony Orchestra through dcm, Inc., and has held multiple teaching roles at Bellarmine University and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Academically, Nicholas holds a Master’s degree in Jazz Studies: Performance from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Music Technology from Bellarmine University.
