James Stewart has extensive experience in the education sector, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently, Stewart serves as a Legislative/Political Activist for the Chicago Teachers Union since 2010, advocating for legislative and political engagement for schools and communities through direct outreach initiatives. Prior to this role, Stewart worked as a Math/Science Specialist with Chicago Public Schools from 1990 to 2012, where responsibilities included supervising teachers in preparing middle school mathematics. Stewart's educational journey includes a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the American College of Education, as well as studies in Financial Education at the Universities of California at Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
