Dan Fineberg

Dan Fineberg is a legal professional with extensive experience in commercial underwriting and counsel within the title insurance industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Commercial Underwriting Counsel at Chicago Title Insurance Company since April 2023, Dan has held prior positions at First American Title and Chicago Title Insurance Company. Previous roles include Attorney at National Litigation Law Group, Associate General Counsel and Product Manager at Exari Systems, and various legal internships, including a Judicial Externship with the Vermont Superior Court Environmental Division. Dan holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Vermont Law and Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Maryland.
