Joyce Strazzulla

Joyce joined the company in 1999 at its former headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. With nearly 15 years of experience in title, she is well-versed in the industry and has earned numerous accolades. She is a dedicated professional with a commitment to accuracy and excellent service.

Joyce specializes in local and national commercial transactions of all types, including one-offs, multi-site, and multi-state. She works closely with a variety of clients including principals, lenders, builders, developers, investors, brokers, attorneys, and owners.

Proud to have been recruited to join a top-performing team, Joyce appreciates the expertise and in-depth knowledge of her colleagues and enjoys collaborating with title, escrow, and underwriting professionals to close deals. She also finds satisfaction in successfully troubleshooting and problem-solving on behalf of her clients, and she loves the opportunity to engage with new people throughout the industry.

Joyce has received Chicago Title President’s Club awards for sales over $1 million numerous times during her career. She attended Brookhaven College in Texas and launched her real estate career in Dallas. She represented landlords and tenants in her position as a sales agent for commercial real estate, enabling her to have a broad perspective on her current title transactions. Joyce has also completed several Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) courses.

After enduring 15 winters in Chicago, Illinois, Joyce relocated to Southern California where she remains with the company today. She enjoys spending time with her family and active hobbies such as hiking, yoga, golf, and gardening.
