Kristen Petesch

Kristen Petesch currently serves as HCM Practice Leader at Chicago Trading Company since March 2024. Previously, Kristen held various leadership roles at Citadel Securities from April 2017 to March 2024, including Head of People and People Strategy Consultant. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Human Resources at Institutional Capital LLC from February 2016 to April 2017, and Vice President, Head of People & Development at Performics from August 2010 to February 2016. Kristen began the career as an HR Associate at Boston Consulting Group from September 2006 to August 2010 and also worked as an HR Business Partner and Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Tribune Media from February 2002 to September 2006. Kristen earned an MBA in HR & Leadership/Change Management from DePaul University, and a BA in Organizational Communications from Purdue University.
