Shara Cohen

Shara Cohen is the Chief Executive Officer of Carallel, a company dedicated to supporting caregivers through digital and personal guidance. With extensive experience in customer experience and business development, Shara served as Vice President of Customer Experience at Wolters Kluwer Health, leading a global team focused on clinical effectiveness solutions. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Client Experience at Emmi Solutions and Vice President of Business Development at Advanced Practice Strategies, where Shara drove significant revenue growth. Shara's earlier positions featured leadership roles such as CEO of ELM Exchange and Brand Strategist at The M-Line. Educational qualifications include a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BA in History from the University of California, Berkeley. Shara currently contributes to the Chicago Training Center as a Board Member.
