Delaney Hayes

Delaney Hayes is a Program Management Intern at the Chicago Transit Authority, supporting the College and High School Internship Programs by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training, and program improvement. Previously, Delaney served as the One Summer Chicago Cohort Lead Intern, supervising high school interns and facilitating development workshops. As a Career Peer Lead at Loyola University Chicago, Delaney oversaw a team in the Career Services Office, enhancing career readiness on campus. Delaney participated in the Ricci Scholars Program, conducting cross-cultural research on the impact of COVID-19 in Italy and Vietnam. Additional experience includes a Research and Recruiting Internship at DHR Global and progressive roles at Toppers Pizza, Inc. Delaney is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Loyola University Chicago, with additional studies at the John Felice Rome Center.
