Doug Kucia

Doug Kucia is an experienced public administration and operations leader with a career spanning various significant roles in government and education. Currently serving as Director of Administration for the Chicago Transit Authority, Kucia manages programs related to a major capital construction project. Previous positions include Chief of Staff for Chicago Public Schools and roles in the Cook County government, where efforts focused on enhancing transparency and operational effectiveness. Kucia has also held academic positions at Northwestern University and DePaul University while founding a successful community advocacy organization. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Arizona State University and an MBA from DePaul University.
