Kathleen Woodruff

Kathleen Woodruff holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Public Policy with a focus on Economic Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government. Currently serving as the Liaison for Government and Community Relations in Legislative Affairs at the Chicago Transit Authority since April 2022, Kathleen has extensive experience in media representation and campaign management. Previous roles include Media Specialist and Partnership Specialist at the U.S. Census Bureau, and various positions in public affairs, political consulting, and campaign management, where Kathleen successfully managed fundraising efforts, coordinated endorsements, and developed strategic communications. Notably, Kathleen has held positions such as Campaign Manager for Oatman for Congress and Finance Director for Mike Fong for Assembly, demonstrating a strong record in political campaign execution and community engagement.
