Lindsey Simon Estupinan

Lindsey Simon Estupinan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in outreach, engagement, and international admissions. Currently serving as the Manager of Outreach and Engagement at the Chicago Transit Authority since February 2020, Lindsey focuses on building relationships with community partners to enhance CTA's talent pool while managing employee engagement initiatives. Prior to this role, Lindsey worked as a Learning Specialist at Rotary International, overseeing annual conferences for high-level volunteers and collaborating with senior leaders to execute event visions. Previous experience includes positions as Sponsorship Coordinator at Franciscan Works and Assistant Director of International Admission at Loyola University Chicago, where significant increases in international student enrollment were achieved. Lindsey's academic background includes a Master of Education in International Higher Education from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Religious Studies from the University of Iowa.
