Erika Slife

Erika Slife has a diverse work experience in the journalism and fitness industries. Erika currently works as a Senior Content Editor at the Chicago Tribune Media Group since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Fitness Instructor and Blogger at Galter LifeCenter from October 2015.

Earlier in their career, Erika worked as a Reporter at the Chicago Tribune from September 2007 to December 2011. Before that, they worked as a Reporter at the South Florida Sun-Sentinel from October 2005 to September 2007. Additionally, they worked as a Reporter at the Chicago Tribune Media Group from January 2005 to August 2005 and at Lerner Newspapers from 2003 to 2004.

Erika Slife holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Iowa, which they obtained in the years 1995-1999. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Public Affairs Reporting from the University of Illinois Springfield, completing the program in 2004-2005.
