Victor O'Sullivan FCCA has over 20 years of experience as a Financial Controller at Oakwood Arms Hotel, where they managed budgets, projections, roster management, and financial performance. Victor also handled social media management and tourism development. In 2016, they became a self-employed writer/author, working as a freelance feature writer for various publications including The Sunday Times, The Chicago Tribune, and Lonely Planet. In 2017, Victor took on contributing writer roles for companies such as Fodor's Travel, Lonely Planet, The Guardian, Condé Nast, and The Irish Times. Victor provided articles and features on topics such as travel, culture, and tourism.

Victor O'Sullivan FCCA has a diverse education history. In 1990, they became a Fully Qualified FCCA through ACCA, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Years later, in 2011, they pursued a Master's degree in Journalism at the University of Limerick, completing it in 2013. In 2019, Victor obtained a Higher Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Technological University of the Shannon. Victor also holds a certification in Online Marketing Fundamentals from Google. Additionally, Victor has engaged in creative writing studies, having pursued a field of study in Creative Writing at the University of Oxford.
