William Lee

William Lee has extensive experience in journalism, with their most recent role being a Senior Deputy Content Editor at the Chicago Tribune Media Group. William primarily covered violent crime, topics of violence in the inner city, and various social and neighborhood topics. From 2012 to January 2016, they also worked as an investigative reporter for Page 2 columnist John Kass. Prior to this, William worked as a reporter at the Daily Southtown from December 2004 to June 2009.

William Lee earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Western Illinois University, where they attended from 1998 to 2001.
