Chicago United for Equity
Catherina Collins BJS, MHCS, QMHP serves as a CUE Fellow at Chicago United for Equity since March 2022 and as a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at Black Mental Health Guide since June 2020, where responsibilities include chairing an initiative team and creating organizational tools focused on diversity and inclusion. Previous roles include Project Manager at the National Public Housing Museum, where Catherina coordinated process improvement projects, and at Ingredion Incorporated, where Catherina facilitated a $7M+ HRIS Transformation project. Catherina has also held positions at Lotus Healing LLC, Centene Corporation, and UHS, demonstrating expertise in project management and compliance within mental health and healthcare settings. Catherina holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare, Clinical Services from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Northeastern Illinois University.
