Chelsea Whittington

Chelsea Whittington is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. As Chief Executive Officer of C WHITT PR since October 2015 and Owner/CEO of C WHITT PR Consulting Firm since April 2019, Chelsea has successfully executed communications strategies and media relations initiatives. In addition, Chelsea serves as Senior External Affairs Manager for the Chicago Urban League, overseeing external communications and special events. Chelsea's background includes roles as Director of Communications for the City of Gary, Communications Manager at U.S. Cellular, and Corporate Communications Manager at Johnson Publishing Co. Chelsea has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Instructor at Indiana University Northwest and previously at Indiana Wesleyan University. Chelsea holds a Master's degree in Organizational Communication from Purdue University Northwest and a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Howard University.
