Janene Ingram

Janene Ingram is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in education and organizational management. Currently serving as an IMPACT Leadership Development Fellow at the Chicago Urban League, Janene also operates as the Founder and Principal Consultant at LJI Builders, LLC. Holding board member and Chief Operating Officer roles at FuelEd, Janene focuses on developing emotionally-intelligent educators. Previous positions include Executive Director at the Wood Family Foundation, Managing Director at Teach For America, and Senior Director at OneGoal, where Janene led strategic initiatives and managed significant budgets. Janene's educational background includes a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor of Business Administration, supporting a strong foundation for impactful leadership in the community.
