Cristian Guzman

Cristian Guzman, LPCC, CMPC, is a highly experienced mental performance coach and clinician specializing in sport psychology and mental health services. Currently serving as the MLB Mental Performance Coach for the Chicago White Sox since January 2024, Cristian previously held significant positions including Mental Health Coordinator for the Seattle Mariners and APCC Clinician at Find Your Balance, where clinical mental health services were provided to clients. With extensive experience across various organizations, including the New York Mets and Communities for People, Cristian has developed and implemented mental health initiatives, psychoeducational workshops, and individual performance plans, enhancing player wellness and development through a collaborative approach. Cristian possesses a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Sport Psychology from Boston University.
