Emily Morton

Emily Morton is an accomplished digital content coordinator currently with the Chicago White Sox since May 2022. Previously, Emily served as the assistant general manager for the Arroyo Seco Saints, where responsibilities included writing game recaps and researching prospective players for the CCL Showcase game. Experience also includes a journalism internship focused on similar writing tasks, a role as a live reporter with NewsWaves32, and serving as assistant editor and editor in chief at Currents Magazine. Emily's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Pepperdine University, completed in April 2022. Additional work experience includes event staff positions at Pepperdine University and a seasonal cashier role with Lowe's Companies, Inc.
