Danny Vale currently serves as the Assistant Food and Beverage Director at the Chicago Yacht Club, where responsibilities include team meetings and event preparations. Previously, Danny held the position of Food and Beverage Manager and Head Bartender at Dunham Woods Riding Club, successfully revamping the wine list and ensuring high standards during service.
