Steven L Willis is experienced in program management, family engagement, and education instruction within various organizations such as Chicago Youth Centers, Project Exploration, Project SYNCERE, and Illinois Mathematics & Science Academy. With a background in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences and Psychology, Steven has successfully designed and managed STEAM and STEM programs, developed leadership initiatives for students, and facilitated positive youth development and workforce readiness workshops. Through leveraging community resources and partnerships, Steven has ensured STEM training opportunities for frontline staff and implemented family engagement strategies for after-school programs.
