Sonia Zavala

Sonia Zavala is a seasoned professional in the fields of real estate and higher education financial services. Currently serving as a Broker Associate at Chicagoland Brokers Inc. since February 2017, Sonia specializes in mitigating the complexities associated with renting, buying, or selling properties. Prior to this role, Sonia held the position of President at Financial Aid and Title IV Consulting Services from March 2016 to April 2017, where services included Title IV compliance and operational excellence for institutions of higher education. Sonia's extensive experience also includes serving as the Senior Vice President of Financial Affairs at Computer Systems Institute from January 2008 to June 2016, overseeing Title IV programs and financial aid services, and as the Assistant Executive Director at Westwood College from February 2000 to December 2007, managing key office functions in accordance with regulatory standards.
