Marianne Frost Floriano has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Marianne Frost began their career in 1982 as the Coordinator of Special Projects at the City of Chicago Department of Economic Development. Marianne Frost then moved on to become the Communications Director at the Illinois Department of Commerce and Community Affairs from 1988 to 1992. Following that, they served as the Public Information Officer at the Illinois Gaming Board from 1994 to 2000.

In 2001, Marianne became the Executive Director of the IMD Guest House Foundation, where they successfully implemented strategic funding raising plans and built partnerships with major healthcare institutions.

From 2008 to 2013, they worked as the Midwest Deputy Regional Director at the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America, contributing to their mission to find a cure for digestive diseases.

Marianne then took on the role of Principal Consultant at Hart Communications & Public Affairs in 2014, providing fundraising strategies and event planning assistance to small non-profit organizations.

In the same year, they became the Executive Director of the Northwestern Memorial Digestive Health Foundation, where they independently ran operations, directed fundraising efforts, and developed the organization's marketing strategy.

Most recently, Marianne became the Vice President of Corporate Development at the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce in 2016. Overall, their work experience highlights their expertise in non-profit management, fundraising, communications, and strategic planning.

Marianne Frost Floriano completed their undergraduate education from 1975 to 1979 at St. Mary's of Notre Dame, earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Communications.
