Dheera Anand

Dheera Anand is an accomplished partner at Bain & Company since December 2022 and serves as a board member at Chicago Shakespeare Theater from September 2023. Additionally, Dheera Anand is a member of Chief, a private network for women executives, from February 2023 to February 2024. Prior experience includes a partner/principal role focused on supply chain transformation at EY from August 2010 to November 2022 and a pre-sales consultant position at Alcatel-Lucent between June 2005 and July 2008. Dheera Anand holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Maharshi Dayanand University, with further education from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
