Samantha Castillo has experience working in various customer service roles in theater, arena, and campus housing settings. In their current role as a Guest Services Associate at Chicago Shakespeare Theater, Samantha preps programs and assists with late seating. Previously, Samantha worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Credit Union 1 Arena and a Desk Worker at UIC Campus Housing. Samantha holds a degree in Theater and Performance with a focus on Playwriting and Screenwriting from the University of Illinois Chicago.
