Louie Ochave serves as the President and CEO of Chicho's Pizza since January 2000, where also holds the position of Franchise Owner. In addition, Louie co-founded Plataforma in 2020 and currently acts as the Chief Operating Officer. Previously, Louie co-founded reQuire Real Estate Solutions, LLC, and worked there from July 2002 until April 2014. Louie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Old Dominion University, obtained from 1989 to 1993.
