D.J. Cieply is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and technology management, currently serving as a Senior Technology Leader at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center since June 2021. Responsibilities include prioritizing and implementing staff-facing technologies, leading strategic roadmaps for various business functions, and managing financial aspects of the Corporate Workforce Budget. Prior to Chick-fil-A, D.J. held roles at The Home Depot, Slalom, Capgemini, Nutrabolt, Texas A&M Foundation, and Traditions Club, demonstrating expertise in technology program management, consulting, change management, and operational efficiency. D.J. earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
