Melinda Cable

Melinda Cable is a seasoned professional in talent development and training, currently serving in the Talent Development Program at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center since January 2022, where Melinda facilitates and trains in various programs while providing expertise on operational standards. Prior experience includes a Director role at Chick-fil-A Franchise from July 2017 to December 2021, where Melinda implemented a Leadership Development Program and collaborated on cultural improvements to enhance restaurant productivity. Melinda's background also includes teaching English and assisting operations at RTS Missions, directing training as the Director of Training at Chick-fil-A Franchise, and serving as a Customer Care Assistant at Integrity Realty Team Leaders. Melinda holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Flagler College, specializing in elementary special education.
