Paul Trotti

Paul Trotti currently serves as the Vice President of International Operations and Vice President of Supply Chain Development at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center, where responsibilities include transformation, supply chain innovation, data analytics, quality and safety, business process engineering, and inventory planning. Trotti has held various leadership positions in supply chain management, including Executive Director roles overseeing supply chain transformation and the establishment of Chick-fil-A's Distribution Company. Prior experience includes senior roles at Newell Rubbermaid, where Trotti was a General Manager and Vice President, leading innovation strategies and new product development initiatives, as well as experience at IBM as a Worldwide Manufacturing Engineer. Trotti is actively involved in boards for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta and was previously a board member at RiseUp! and Johnson Ferry Christian Academy. Trotti holds multiple degrees including an MBA from Duke University and specialized executive education from The Wharton School and Harvard Business School.
