Tami Alston

Tami Alston serves as the Legal Operations Project Lead at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center, where responsibilities include leading software implementations for Entity Management solutions and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements for TeamConnect Matter Management and CRM systems. Prior to this role, Tami held the position of Legal Operations Lead, managing relational data for business intelligence reporting and utilizing tools such as Peoplesoft, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Power BI. Tami's earlier experience includes serving as a Sr. Legal Operations Analyst and Senior Systems Specialist at The Home Depot, as well as a Systems Analyst at McCalla, Raymer, Padrick, Cobb, Nichols & Clark, LLC. Tami holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Strayer University and completed studies at the University of West Georgia.
