Beth Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Beth began their career at AT&T in 1992, where they worked as the Manager of Employee Communications until 1999. Following this, they started their own company called Write Angle Communications, Inc., where they served as the Owner from 2000 to 2007. Beth then joined Horizon Leadership, Inc. in 2007, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Project Leader from 2007 to 2010, Vice President of Operations from 2010 to 2014, and Vice President of Consulting from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they are working at Chick-fil-A Corporate as the Senior Curriculum Lead, Talent Development, a position they have held since 2017.

Beth Taylor attended Marist High School in Atlanta from the year 1980 to 1986. After completing high school, they went on to the University of Georgia and obtained a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the years 1986 to 1990.
