Greg Naugher

Greg Naugher, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Most recently, they worked at Chick-fil-A as the Wage and Hour Compliance Lead in the payroll department. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at The Home Depot, where they held multiple HR and payroll positions, including HR Operations Manager, Manager of HRIS, Lead Sr. Production Support Analyst, and Production Support Analyst. In these roles, Greg was responsible for managing teams, supporting HR systems, implementing upgrades, and improving processes. Before joining The Home Depot, they worked at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen as a Benefits Intern and at Afni as a Supplemental Training Supervisor.

Greg Naugher, MBA, has a solid educational background in business and sociology. Greg obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Auburn University in 2002, after studying there from 1998 to 2002. Greg later pursued further education at Auburn University Harbert College of Business, where they earned their MBA in 2005. During their MBA program, Greg focused their studies on Human Resources and Marketing. As part of their professional development, Greg also obtained a Six Sigma White Belt certification from the Aveta Business Institute in November 2017.
