Kelsey Lambert has a diverse work experience in various marketing and operational roles. Kelsey started their career at Pfizer as an Operations System Analyst Intern, where they served as a project manager and contributed to the development of the Global Health and Value Project Manual. Kelsey later worked at NBCUniversal Media as a Sales Channel Marketing Intern, analyzing marketing sites and evaluating competitors' promotional spend. Kelsey then joined Turner Broadcasting System as a TNT/TBS Marketing Intern, where they coordinated with media agencies, researched social rebrands, and analyzed engagement levels. Kelsey further advanced their marketing career at Caesars Entertainment Corporation as a Marketing Campaign Associate, managing digital, direct mail, and email campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing ROI. Kelsey later joined Chipotle Mexican Grill, first as a Marketing Specialist and then as a Senior Marketing Specialist, focusing on loyalty and CRM. Currently, they are employed at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center as a Product Lead for Chick-fil-A One.

Kelsey Lambert attended Georgia College & State University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Marketing.
